We hear you and we’ve got you covered. This simple mince dish can be made into 5 different, delicious recipes. So, batch cook a big portion at the weekend and it’ll see you through the week. The best part? You’ll never have to eat the same thing twice!
500g lean mince ✔️
Low-cal spray oil ✔️
Large onion, roughly chopped ✔️
1 clove of garlic ✔️
1 tin of chopped tomatoes ✔️
1 jar of passata ✔️
Salt & pepper, to taste ✔️
Spray the oil in a large pan and add the onion and garlic, gently cook until softened. Add in in the mince and cook until fully brown. Once browned, add the tomatoes, passata and salt & pepper and cook together over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
