Chilli Con Carne
Some like it hot, up the chilli for an extra kick

Ingredients:
- 400g lean mince
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 small red onion
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 chilli
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 can red kidney beans
- coriander leaves
- 240g brown/basmati rice
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
Method:
Heat pan to medium-high heat and fry the turkey mince along with onion and garlic. Add the tomato purée, chopped tomatoes, paprika, chili, cinnamon, and mixed beans. Reduce heat and leave to cook for about 30 mins.
Boil brown rice as per packet instructions.
Serving tip: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
