This super simple, healthy Vegan pancake recipe makes the most fluffiest and moreish mix. You can use your favourite plant based milk & why not try one of our tasty toppings, we've got both savoury or sweet to tickle your taste buds?
- 140g White self-raising flour
- 400ml Unsweetened soya or almond milk
- Spray oil for frying
Sift the flour and a pinch of salt into a blender, add the soya or almond milk and whizz to make a smooth batter. Spray oil in to a non-stick frying pan until hot. Pour batter into the pan and cook over a medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Flip the pancake over and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping the cooked pancakes warm as you go.
