Chocolate Sauce

To make a delicious healthy chocolate sauce all you have to do is mix a vanilla flavoured low-fat yoghurt with a sachet or 2 dessert spoons of low cal hot chocolate for a yummy chocolate hit!

Berry Delicious

Berry Delicious: Whizz up some frozen berries  and a splash of water in a blender and add a tap of sweetener for a fruity coulis. Pour over your pancakes for a very fruity dish.

Strawberries & Cream

Strawberries & Cream:  Add a few drops of vanilla essence to 30g low fat crème fraiche and serve with some sliced strawberries on top of our Perfect Pancakes.

This tasty topping comes in at 1 Bite for each 30g serving of low fat crème fraiche. Hurray!



Lemon Zest

Lemon Zest: The old reliable.  Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on your pancake and a sprinkling of granulated sweetener. Mmmmm…

For an even more lemony flavour, add some lemon zest to your pancake batter.

Savoury Sensation

In the mood for a savoury slant on your pancakes? Top them with low-fat cottage cheese, smoked salmon, and chives- they taste amazing! Better yet, make them into blinis or mini-pancakes! All you have to do is pour a tbsp of pancake mixture on to a hot pan.
