Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

1 onion

3 garlic clove

400g chicken stock

30g low fat crème fraîche

1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns

Method

Yummy pepper-sauce, perfect with steak. 1.5 yums for the lot

Chop the onion and crush the garlic. Place in a pan with chicken stock and bring to the boil.

Lower heat and add peppercorns, simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the sauce is reduced and slightly thickened. Once removed, add creme fraiche to thicken. Serve warm.
