1 bunch mint
4 limes (juiced)
2 tsp sugar
400ml soda water
In a pestle and mortar bowl crush together the mint leaves and sugar. If you don’t have a pestle and mortar a bowl and the end of a rolling pin works well.
In two glasses add in ice. Divide the lime juice, soda water and sugar mint mix between the two glasses. Grab your straw and enjoy.
