At only 0.5 bite per serving our Chicken Fajita Fries are a real crowd pleaser.
- 2 Chicken breasts (diced)
- Fajita seasoning
- 1 red pepper/chilli (chopped)
- 30g low-fat Cheddar cheese
- low cal spray oil
- 200g Gorge Us Rustic Cut Chips/Skinny Organic Fries
Pop 200g of Gorge Us chips/fries in the oven and cook for 20 mins at 225°C
Heat pan with oil and cook chicken until golden. Add seasoning and pepper/chilli and cook for 5 mins.
Cover the fries with the chicken mixture and sprinkle each serving with low-fat grated cheese, pop under a hot grill until the cheese is gorgeous and melted.
