Easy Homemade Granola

Kickstart your day with this banging homemade granola. Packed with wholesome natural ingredients, it's crunchy, seriously tasty and free from any weird additives that you can be certain is found in most shop bought versions.

Ingredients

320g Oats

150g Pecans

100g Dried cranberries

120ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

120ml Maple Syrup

50g Mixed Seeds

50g Desiccated Coconut

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Sea Salt (maldon a great choice)

Method

Preheat the oven to 170 Degrees Celsius. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and lay on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. You can of course adapt some of the ingredients to suit your taste! Makes approx 900g! Store in an airtight container and enjoy with some fat free greek yoghurt and some berry compote. YUM!
