Burger and Chips
Try our classic Burger and Chips
- 450g turkey mince
- 15g onion, finely diced
- 1 egg
- 5g parsley, chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 4 wholemeal burger bap
- 4 corn on the cob
- low cal spray oil
- salt & pepper
- 400g Gorge Us chips
For the turkey burgers, mix the minced turkey, onions, egg, parsley, garlic and salt and pepper in a large bowl and form them into 4 patties.
Heat a large pan over medium heat until cooked through, turning once.
To cook the Corn on the Cob, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spray with low cal spray oil and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap in aluminum foil and cook in the oven for around 30 minutes, until the corn is tender.
Cook your Gorge-Us chips in the oven as per instruction on the packet to complete the classic Burger and Chip Meal!
To serve, garnish with fresh salad leaves, tomatoes, mustard, and Unislim Ketchup
