60g Pumpkin Seeds
2 tsp Peanut oil
0.5 tsp Ground cumin
0.5 tsp Ground ginger
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Heat the oven to 200°C.
If you’re using seeds from a freshly gutted pumpkin, remember to wash them thoroughly first.
Place the seeds in a bowl. Add cumin, ginger, cayenne pepper and peanut oil.
Stir to combine.
Pour the pumkin seeds onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake in the oven for 15 mins. Remove and season to taste.
