1 apple stewed with 1/2 tsp of water
2 low-fat toffee yoghurts
1 sliced banana
2 Locus Biscoff biscuits/1 digestive
20g spray light cream
1 Mini Flake
Spoon half a yogurt into a wine glass. Add half the stewed Apple, crumble 1/2 biscuit on top.
Layer with rest of yogurt followed by half a sliced banana, followed by second 1/2 crumbled biscuit.
Spray 10gms cream onto each one and crumble half the mini Flake over the top of each.
Serve and enjoy.
