2 tsp Finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp Pesto
120g (uncooked) Pasta
8 Cherry tomatoes, chopped
200g Leftover chicken
Add water to a pot and heat over medium high heat til boiling.
Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
When pasta is cooked, drain and set aside to cool.
Mix the onion and pesto together in a small bowl.
Flake the chicken into a bowl with the pasta and tomatoes, then add in the pesto mix.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well and enjoy.
