Creamy Pepper Sauce

This beautiful pepper corn sauce is a Unislim twist on the classic creamy pepper sauce. It is designed to add rich, bold flavour without going crazy on the calories/bites. Perfect over steak, chicken, or even roasted veggies

Ingredients

1 Small Onion or full shallot, finely diced

1 Garlic clove, minced

200ml Chicken Stock

Spray Oil

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

60g Low Fat Crème Fraîche

1 tbsp Crushed Black Peppercorns

Salt and Pepper

Method

In a frying pan sprayed with oil, cook the onion or shallot and garlic under a low heat until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Add in the peppercorns, Worcestershire sauce and stock and let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in the Creme Fraiche, and gently warm through. Add a pinch of salt if needed.
