Oaty Cups
OMG...Oat My Goodness!

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg white, whisked
- 4tsp honey
- 120g porridge oats
- Berries
Method:
Mix the mashed banana, whisked egg white, honey and porridge oats together in a bowl.
Press the mixture into a lined muffin tray with your fingers or a spoon.
Bake at 160° for about 15min.
Wait for cups to cool before removing them from the tray.
Once cool, top with yogurt & serve with your favourite berries or chopped grapes.
Makes 6 cups. For brekkie, you can have 3 cups for 1 Bite!
They also work great for a mid-day snack. Porridge oats are only free at meal times, so 1 Bite per serving outside of meal times.
