Our Herby Fishcakes are one of our go-to recipes. They're super easy to make and packed full of Omega 3.
10 mins then 20 mins cooling
- 200g, mashed. Potatoes, mashed
- 100g Sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tin Salmon, drained
- 2 Whisked Egg
- 2 slices Wholemeal Breadcrumbs
- Forever Free Salsa
Mix 200g mashed potato, sweetcorn, parsley, and salmon in a bowl and form 8 patties.
Cool your mixture in the fridge for 20mins.
Dip each one into a whisked egg and then into wholemeal breadcrumbs. Grill until golden brown.
Serve with Forever Free Salsa.
