200g, mashed. Potatoes, mashed
100g Sweetcorn
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tin Salmon, drained
2 Whisked Egg
2 slices Wholemeal Breadcrumbs
Forever Free Salsa
Mix 200g mashed potato, sweetcorn, parsley, and salmon in a bowl and form 8 patties.
Cool your mixture in the fridge for 20mins.
Dip each one into a whisked egg and then into wholemeal breadcrumbs. Grill until golden brown.
Serve with Forever Free Salsa.
