120g wholemeal pasta
100g peas
75g cooked ham, torn
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp skimmed milk
2 tbsp greek style natural yogurt
salt and pepper
Cook the pasta, and steam the peas for 3-5 minutes.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth, and season with salt and pepper if required.
Toss the cooked pasta with the peas and ham, and drizzle with the dressing. Toss again until everything is covered.
Serve with some mixed leaves for extra crunch and fibre.
