4 chicken breasts
Worcestershire sauce
3 tsps of chopped fresh coriander
1 avocado
1/2 an onion, diced
Low-cal spray oil
1 tsp chopped chilli
Juice of a lime
4 x 60g wholemeal buns
Salad leaves
1/4 plate of Gorge Us! Rustic Cut chips (each)
Heat the grill to a medium-high heat and line a baking tray with foil.
Flatten the chicken fillets. Mix the Worcestershire sauce & 2 tbsps of coriander together and spread all over the chicken. Grill for ten minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway through.
Meanwhile, mash an avocado with 1 tsp of fresh coriander and the diced onion. Add the chopped chilli and lime, mashing everything together.
Grill the wholemeal buns and place the chicken burgers and guacamole in the buns, serving with salad leaves and 1/4 plate of Gorge Us! Rustic Cut chips.
