2 packs Greene Farm Sliced Roast Chicken Breast
1 Bunch of brocolli, cut into small pieces
2 tbsps Low fat butter
1 x 30g Slice of wholewheat bread, ground to breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Fresh herbs
60g Reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
Cook the broccoli for 2-4 minutes in lightly salted boiling water.
Once tender drain the broccoli.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the breadcrumbs and cook until golden.
Then mix in the Greene Farm Sliced Roast Chicken Breast, herbs, broccoli and a few grinds of pepper.
Put the broccoli mixture in a roasting dish and top with cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and the dish is heated through.
