450g lean beef mince
4 wholewheat buns
120g low fat cheese, grated
1 beef tomato, sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 red onion, sliced
1 lettuce
1 egg
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 garlic, finely chopped
1 oregano
Preheat grill to 180C.
In a bowl, break in an egg and mix it with the beef to bind it together.
Mix the chopped onions, garlic and oregano in also.
Divide the beef into 4 and shape into burgers, pressing it well together.
Place patties on the grill and cook for 10-15 mins, turn every few mins til brown on both sides.
Lay out buns, and underneath the beef burger place the lettuce, tomato and then onion slices.
On top of the the meat, place the melted cheese and the avocado.
For an extra 1.5 Bites, serve with Gorge Us chips and enjoy.
