Unislim Man of the Year!

Unislimmer man of the year Kevin struggled with his weight for as long as he could remember. “I’ve always been a heavy guy, I’d lose weight and gain it back, it was a constant seesaw of emotions” he said.

Kieran reached his heaviest weight after turning 21, he weighed 21 stone and he knew it was time for a change. When he joined the Unislim Bellmullett class, his leader Maureen introduced him to the Forever Free plan.

By following the Forever Free Plan, Kieran started to see a minus on the scales and each week he was getting better and better results which he said gave him so much hope and happiness; this encouraged him to stay on track.

When asking Kieran about his experience with Unislim, he said that he was amazed and delighted by the fact that he was never hungry!  “With Unislim, I never felt that I was denied of anything. There was always an alternative.It has been nothing but good results and good vibes from the very beginning” he beamed.

Kieran joined Unislim a year and a half ago and he now maintains a healthy weight of 13st. Since losing 4st 10lbs; he has tons of energy and instead of lethargic after walking a couple of hundred meters, he can now run 10k comfortably!

Our Unislimmer has completely embraced his new healthy lifestyle and  incorporates regular exercise into his daily routine. Kieran says that Unislim has taught him how to make good choices when it comes to food and he is now better able to manage his eating habits. “That’s what everyone wants when losing weight-The LONG TERM!” he said.
