My Story

I Took It One Step at a Time – Now Louise is 9 Stone Lighter

“I feel like myself again, the old me,  for the first time in 20 years.”

In 2012, Louise made a promise to herself – she wanted to feel good, be healthier, and fit into a size 12 dress for her 40th birthday. By the time that milestone came, she had surpassed her goal, rocking a size 10 and feeling like a brand-new person.

But getting there wasn’t easy. Seeing 18 and a half stone on the scales was a tough moment, one that brought tears but also a decision – this had to change.

Starting Her Journey
