  • Take a 15-minute walk during your lunch break or after dinner.
  • Try and stretch as soon as you get out of bed – it gives you an instant energy boost to kick start you day
  • Squat while you brush your teeth – double up your routine!
  • Walk to the shops instead of driving, or walk your kids to school if you can.

The goal is simple: add a little extra movement to your day. Even small amounts of movement can boost your mood, improve blood flow, and give you a burst of energy.
