Watermelon & Lime Granita’s
This gorgeous watermelon and lime Granita recipe will help you keep cool in that glorious sunshine.
- 2 cups (300g) watermelon (skin removed)
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1 tbsp artificial sweetener
Add 2 cups (300g) watermelon in a blender with juice of 1 lime and a tablespoon of artificial sweetener.
Blitz it up until it’s smooth and pour into a baking tray.
Freeze for about 3 hours.
Once ready, serve in glasses with a lime wedge and some fresh mint!
Top Tip: The secret to the perfect Granita is to scrape the watermelon mixture with a fork every 30 mins to break-up the icy crystals.
