6 Small-Medium oranges or tangerines
100g Dark chocolate
Fill a pot with water and heat over high heat.
Break the chocolate up into a bowl and (making sure the bowl can sit on the pot rim) place the bowl over the pot.
While the chocolate melts, peel each orange section out picking off extra rind and strings.
Line a baking sheet with either parchment or wax paper.
Dip half of each orange section into the melted dark chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
Cool in the fridge until hardened.
