Turkish Eggs

Fed up with uninspiring breakfasts? Well this simple, savoury breakfast will tick the creative box. It’s creamy, delicious, and packs a flavour punch every time.

Ingredients

4 fresh eggs

200g 0% yoghurt

1 large garlic clove, crushed

2 tsp lee Kum Kee chilli oil

a couple of sprigs of fresh dill

sourdough bread, to serve

Method

Firstly, mix your yoghurt with garlic and season with sea salt. Smear a circle of this on your plate.

Bring a pan of water to a simmer, then crack your eggs in, and poach for 3 minutes.

Place the eggs on the yoghurt, drizzle with 2 tsp of chilli oil, and plenty of dill fronds. Enjoy with 60g of toasted sourdough
