Turkey and Avocado Sandwich
This tasty filling sandwich is perfect for lunchtime

Ingredients:
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- lighter than light mayo
- 2 thin turkey slices
- 1/2 avocado
- 15g spinach leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Method:
Preheat sandwich grill.
Mash the avocado and mayo in a bowl until they are fully mixed.
Put the mayo and avocado mix, and all other ingredients on one slice of bread, and cover with the other.
Put the sandwich into the sandwich grill.
Cook until the outside is golden and crisp. (approx 5-8 mins)
