Tropical Chia Pudding

This tropical Overnight Chia pudding is an absolute treat! It's like summer in a glass and its incredibly healthy too. Using Gorge Us tropical mix means you can enjoy the tasty tropical fruits all year round.

Ingredients

1 can Low fat Coconut milk

60grams Chia seeds

2 cups Gorge Us tropical mix

pinch Salt

to taste sweetener of your liking

Method
1. Pour coconut milk into a bowl and sweeten with whatever you like (sometimes we use coconut sugar) whisk together well
2. Add chia seeds and whisk.

3. Either find 4 small containers or one big one.  Place frozen tropical mix onto (they will defrost and be perfect by the morning) and seal

4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night for the chia to gell and transform the coconut milk into pudding.
5. Add some extra toppings in the morning if you like (banana, kiwi, etc etc).
6. Enjoy
