The perfect Vegan Pizza
Meet the best easy and healthy vegan pizza recipe! Loaded with broccoli, tomatoes, jalapeño, and creamy vegan cheese, this pizza is flavourful, satisfying, and simple to make. Each veggie adds a layer of flavour & texture & together, they make a pizza that tastes amazing.

Ingredients:
- 2 wholewheat tortilla wraps
- 2tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 thinly sliced red onion
- handful diced courgette
- 5 Jalapeños
- 1 thinly sliced yellow pepper
- 60g Vegan cheese (we recommend violife mature cheese)
- handful fresh basil
- sprinkle on top at end Nutritional yeast (optional)
Method:
Spread tomato sauce over the tortillas (you can make a super quick home-made version using 1 tinned whole tomatoes, pinch of salt, pepper and basil blended)
Scatter the cheese overtop
Add the onion and peppers(and any other veg you like).
Place on a baking tray and bake at 200°, gas mark 6 for 10 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
Top with basil and nutritional yeast
