Swiss Spiced Apple Muesli
Soak your porridge oats overnight to create this delicious Swiss Spiced Apple Muesli breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 60g porridge oats
- 30ml unsweetened apple juice
- 1 apple, cored and grated
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 60g low-fat natural yoghurt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 20g dried cranberries
- 2tsp honey
- 75ml water
Method:
Mix the porridge oats, apple juice and water in a bowl. Cover and chill overnight.
Stir in the apple, banana, yoghurt, cinnamon, and cranberries.
Spoon into bowls, decorate with some apple slices (optional) and drizzle with honey.
Serve and enjoy.
Note: Use gluten-free oats for a delicious gluten-free breakfast!
