Ingredients:

  • 60g porridge oats
  • 30ml unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 apple, cored and grated
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 60g low-fat natural yoghurt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 20g dried cranberries
  • 2tsp honey
  • 75ml water

Method:

Mix the porridge oats, apple juice and water in a bowl. Cover and chill overnight.

Stir in the apple, banana, yoghurt, cinnamon, and cranberries.

Spoon into bowls, decorate with some apple slices (optional) and drizzle with honey.

Serve and enjoy.

Note: Use gluten-free oats for a delicious gluten-free breakfast!
