Steak & Baked Potato
This is a super‑tasty high protein meal that is perfect for a day when you have been exercising. Protein helps to build and maintain healthy muscles so it essential when you are trying to tone up and get fit.
- 1 small, lean fillet steak (approx 100g)
- 1 tsp olive oil or spray oil
- 75g rocket
- 15g Parmesan shavings
- 200g Potato
Spritz a pan with low cal oil. Fry the steak to your liking. Arrange the rocket on your plate with the parmesan shavings on the side. When the steak is cooked, add to the plate and sprinkle everything with a little salt and pepper. Eat as it is for a light meal or serve with a 200g baked potato.
