1 net of brussels sprouts
4 bacon medallions
Spray oil
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 Lemon, zested
Wash and peel the sprouts, then slice them up quite finely.
Finely chop your bacon medallions.
Heat up a large frying pan, add some spray oil, then add the diced bacon. Cook for a minute or two on a high heat
Add the finely sliced sprouts, spray with some more oil if needed and continue to cook, stirring often for another 5mins.
Season with a bit of freshly ground black pepper and serve when the sprouts are just cooked through. finish with the lemon zest and serve
