Salted Caramel Oaty Waffles

Ingredients

60g porridge oats

70ml low-fat plain yogurt

1/2 tsp salted caramel flavouring

3/4 tsp baking powder

1 egg

Method

In a bowl, mix together the porridge oats, low-fat plain yogurt, salted caramel flavouring, baking powder, and egg.

Using a hand blender, blitz until smooth.

Pour the mixture evenly into a waffle iron, and cook until golden and crispy.

Top with your favourite fresh berries, they taste particularly delicious with raspberries.
