Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz. If the consistency is a little thick add a few drops of juice from red pepper jar and blitz again.
Serving suggestion: slice some wholemeal pitta pockets open to separate the pockets., toast in a toaster or under the grill but keep an eye as they toast quickly. Cut into fingers and serve with a dip. This also works great with carrots batons or sliced cucumber. Add 1 Bite per small wholemeal pitta used.
