Raspberry Mousse

This delicious dessert is simple to make and totally free on plan!



  • 1 sachet Hartley's raspberry jelly
  • 1 tub of Liberte 0% natural yoghurt
  • 1 sachet of Options hot chocolate
  • a handful of raspberries

Add a sachet of jelly to 400ml of boiling water and allow to cool.

Mix jelly with the natural yoghurt, divide into 4 glasses and refrigerate until the mixture has set.

Top with Options hot choc and raspberries.

Serve and enjoy!
