1 Large Onion, coarsely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, peeled and crushed
1 can Plum tomatoes
1 cup Water
2 tsp Sweetener
30g Creme fraiche, reduced fat
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 handful Fresh basil leaves
2 servings
0.5 yums per serving
Place onions, garlic, plum tomatoes, water and sweetener into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Once smooth, mix in a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce and the cream fraiche.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat in microwave or over a stove.
Lastly, stir in basil leaves just before serving.
