A bold, speedy dinner bursting with punchy flavours and a little chilli kick. Full on flavour and ready in jig time!

Ingredients

240g Spaghetti

1 tin Anchovies, drained 

1 tsp Chilli flakes

3 Garlic cloves, crushed 

1 Bunch Parsley, chopped 

2 tins Chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp Capers

80g Black olives

Method

Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Fry off the drained Anchovies, garlic and chilli flakes for 2 minutes, (use one tablespoon  Of anchovy oil) stirring continuously. Add in the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes. Season to perfection and toss through pasta. Serve with a big side salad
