225g mango
100g strawberries
1 small banana, peeled
4 tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp oat bran
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 tsp clear honey
300 ml unsweetened soya milk/ almond milk/ skimmed milk
mint leaves to garnish (optional)
Halve and peel the mango. Remove the stone and chop the flesh. Transfer to a blender with the strawberries, banana, yoghurt, oat bran, seeds, honey, and milk.
Blitz until well combined and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a little water to thin it down.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and drink immediately. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if wished.
Tip: You can chill the smoothie in a jug in the fridge for 1 hour but don’t leave it any longer or the banana will discolour.
