Ingredients:
- 4 wholemeal wrap
- 4 tbsp tomato putrée
- 1, thinly sliced red onion
- 1, finely chopped red & yellow pepper
- ham
- 120g low fat cheddar
- 4 tsp mixed herbs
Method:
Spread tomato puree over the tortilla then load it up with cheese and toppings.
Using a pizza cutter, slice the tortilla into even strips & roll each strip up.
Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
