Ingredients:

  • 4 wholemeal wrap
  • 4 tbsp tomato putrée
  • 1, thinly sliced red onion
  • 1, finely chopped red & yellow pepper
  • ham
  • 120g low fat cheddar
  • 4 tsp mixed herbs

Method:

Spread tomato puree over the tortilla then load it up with cheese and toppings.

Using a pizza cutter, slice the tortilla into even strips & roll each strip up.

Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
