4 wholemeal wrap

4 tbsp tomato putrée

1, thinly sliced red onion

1, finely chopped red & yellow pepper

ham

120g low fat cheddar

4 tsp mixed herbs

Method

Spread tomato puree over the tortilla then load it up with cheese and toppings.

Using a pizza cutter, slice the tortilla into even strips & roll each strip up.

Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
