Ingredients

2 slices Pineapple, finely chopped

2 slices Red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Fresh mint, finely chopped

1/2 lime Zest and juice

Method

Take all ingredients and mix together in a bowl.

Stir well and allow to set.

Add a dash of Tabasco sauce if you enjoy your salsa hot.

Serve chilled.
