2 x 30g slices of wholemeal toast

3 tsp low-fat peanut butter

Berries of your choice

Pot of low-fat yogurt

Method

Toast 2 slices of wholemeal bread, top each slice with peanut butter and berries. Enjoy with a pot of low-fat yogurt.

It’s as simple as that!
