110g Garden Peas
4 tbsp Coriander
1 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Low Fat Natural Yogurt
Sprinkle Ground Cumin
2 tbsps Butter Beans/Chickpeas
Salt
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Cook the peas until tender. Drain, and run under cool water.
Pulse the peas, coriander, tahini, chickpeas or butterbeans, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and cumin in a food processor until blitzed.
Season with a pinch of salt.
1.5 Bites per dish. Alternatively, you can make this a free hummus, by omitting the tahini.
