Pea Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 110g Garden Peas
  • 4 tbsp Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • Sprinkle Ground Cumin
  • 2 tbsps Butter Beans/Chickpeas
  • Salt

Method:

Bring a pot of water to the boil. Cook the peas until tender. Drain, and run under cool water.

Pulse the peas, coriander, tahini, chickpeas or butterbeans, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and cumin in a food processor until blitzed.

Season with a pinch of salt.
