Pancake breakfast for everyone! We love pour pancake recipes here at Unislim and here is another way for pancakes!
- 60g porrdige oats
- 2 eggs
- 75ml skimmed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener
Using a blender or food processor add in the porridge oats and whizz up.
Add in the remaining ingredients and whizz up again until the pancake batter is smooth.
Spray your frying pan with Sussed spray oil and heat to medium/high heat. Drop tablespoon quantities of the pancake mix onto your frying pan. Once bubbles start to form in the pancakes flip. Repeat until all batter has been used.
Serve with your favourite fruit, some vanilla yogurt (less than 60kcal per 100g for free) or even some syrup for bites.
