250g mushrooms, quartered
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp low fat/skimmed milk
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt and pepper
2 turkey rashers
granary toast
On a medium heat, simmer the mushrooms in the lemon juice, milk, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. For 5 minutes, until the sauce is reduced by 2/3. Meanwhile, grill the turkey rashers till cooked through.
Spoon the mixture onto the fresh pieces of toast, sprinkle with chives and serve hot with the turkey rashers.
