125g Caster Sugar
1 tbsp Low Cal Hot Chocolate Powder
3 Egg Whites
Low Fat Cream
Preheat oven to 120 degrees C/gas mark 1. Line two baking trays with baking powder.
Combine the 125g caster sugar and 1tbsp of low cal hot chocolate. Beat 3 eggs whites to soft peaks. Add half of the sugar mixture to the egg a little at a time and beat until glossy. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto trays.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until crisp. Turn the oven off and cool in the oven with the door ajar.
To make the filling, whip low fat cream and mix in sprinkling of low call hot chocolate powder. Sandwich the meringues together with filling, dust with low cal hot chocolate when serving
