Healthy Halloween Brack
A spooky healthy version on a Halloween classic

1 medium banana, cut in four
2 large ripe mangoes, flesh roughly chopped
100g Soya yoghurt
300ml unsweetened Soya milk, ice cold
3 passion fruit, halved
Purée the banana, mango, yoghurt and milk in a blender until smooth. Pour into four serving glasses.
Scoop the flesh and seeds of the passion fruit into each smoothie, stir through and serve.
Tip: Try using other fruit in place of the mangoes and passion fruit, such as peaches, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or pineapple.
