1 Medium Overripe Banana
2 Tbsp No Sugar Peanut or Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tsp Stevia or Low Cal Sweetener
Chocolate Chips or Cacao Nibs To Top
Greek Yougurt (Optional)
Fresh Berries (Optional)
Mash banana in a bowl, add nut butter and cacao powder until completely mixed through.
Grease small ramekin with 2% rapeseed oil and add mixture. Top with cacao nibs or chocolate chips. (Optional)
Pop into the microwave on full power for 45 seconds – 2 minutes, depending on the highest microwave’s heating settings.
Once cooked – take out and leave to cool.
