Juicy Berry Sorbet

Ingredients

225g Frozen Raspberries

225g Frozen Cranberries

1tbsp Lemon Juice

Water 300ml

6tbsp Artificial Sweetener

Method

Add 225g of frozen raspberries and 225g of frozen cranberries into a blender with 1tbsp of  lemon juice, 300ml (1/2 pint) water and 6 tbsps of artificial sweetener. Whiz together until pureed. (You may have to do this in batches depending on the size of your blender).  Tip the mixture into a freezer container and freeze until solid. Take the sorbet from the freezer about 15-20 minutes before you wish to serve, so that it softens slightly.
