2 sachets of no added sugar jelly
1 pot muller light
1 gelatin sheet
Pour 200ml boiling water into a bowl, add 1 sachet of jelly and a sheet of gelatin, stir well.
Pour the jelly into a flat container (like a lasagna dish).
Cool and set in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Once set, whisk the muller light with the other sachet of the jelly.
Pour the jelly-muller mix on top of the set jelly, and place back in the fridge to set.
Cut into small, bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
